Forms, WhatsApp and email

Fields entered in public forms are not stored in an NSL Motor database. Appointment, purchase, sale and trade-in enquiries are automatically emailed to NSL Motor through the technical provider Resend. If automatic delivery fails, the website may offer to open WhatsApp or your email app with the same pre-filled message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, arrange an appointment.

Technical data

The hosting provider may process limited technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and security logs, to operate and protect the website. The customer review section loads authors’ public profile pictures from Google, which may then receive technical data such as the IP address. The public website does not use personalised advertising or marketing trackers added by NSL Motor.

Management area

The owner-only management area uses a session cookie that is strictly necessary for sign-in. It is not intended for visitors to the public website.

Retention and recipients

Messages that are actually sent can be accessed by NSL Motor and, depending on the route chosen, by Resend, WhatsApp or your email provider. NSL Motor keeps them only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, manage the business relationship and comply with legal obligations. The website does not sell personal information.
