Purpose of the website
The website lets visitors view vehicles, discover NSL Motor services and send an enquiry by WhatsApp or email. It has no online payment or order button and cannot, by itself, conclude a sale, trade-in or reservation contract.
Listings, prices and availability
Descriptions, photographs, mileage, prices and availability are prepared with care and may be updated. The vehicle’s essential characteristics, condition, price and availability are confirmed with the customer before any commitment. An enquiry or appointment request does not reserve a vehicle or create a contract unless NSL Motor expressly confirms this in writing.
Fair use and security
Users must not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access to the management area, send malicious content, impersonate another person, or use website information in a way that infringes the rights of NSL Motor or any third party.
Content and intellectual property
The website’s texts, visuals, photographs, trademarks, logos and graphic elements belong to NSL Motor or are used with permission. Reproduction or reuse beyond private use requires prior permission unless an exception applies by law.
External services and links
The website may open WhatsApp, an email application, Google Maps, AutoScout24 or a Car-Pass link. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy rules. NSL Motor does not control their availability or content.
Website availability and liability
NSL Motor takes reasonable care to keep the website useful and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of technical errors. To the extent permitted by law, NSL Motor is not liable for indirect loss caused by an interruption, a third-party service or use contrary to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or statutory warranties applying to a sale concluded outside the website.
Applicable law and disagreements
The website and these terms are governed by Belgian law. If a question or disagreement arises, visitors are invited to contact NSL Motor first so that an amicable solution can be sought. Mandatory rules on court jurisdiction and consumer protection remain fully applicable.
